Agility Tour
Take a tour of the most common usage scenarios of Agility. Each steps shows scenarios that our customers have found differentiate Agility.
1) Creating a New Case
Simple interface for creating new Cases. New Cases can be created quick and easy. Most users have found that they can create new Cases without any special Agility training.
2) Using the Project Dashboard
The Project Dashboard is the central place for managing Cases. The Project Dashboard is customizable per user by their user preferences. Users can create their own searches and manage their own list of Cases from the Dashboard.
3) Searching for Existing Cases
Agility has a powerful search and filtering capability. With Agility it's quick and easy to find existing Cases.
4) Edit a Case
Once a Case has been created, you can upload an attachment, add Comments, Add child Cases and more...
5) Extending Agility
Agility is built to extend to meet your needs. You can create new Case types, a Test Case for example. Additionally you can assign new Custom Fields to these case types.
